- What
happens if I have to cancel my booking?
Most hotels will take a deposit equivalent to the cost of your first
night's stay when you make your reservation. This can be done by credit
card. How much or whether this sum is refunded will depend on how
far in advance you notify the hotel of cancellation, and will vary
from one hotel to another. When you make your reservation we will
inform you of the cancellation policy of the hotel you have booked.See
also Terms and Conditions.
-
Are there any other costs?
There are no charges other than our booking fee and the rate of the
hotel as shown on our site. Prices quoted for hotels are all inclusive
and will be confirmed when you make your booking.
-
Why do you charge a booking fee?
We believe in transparency. By using our service you can be sure
that the hotel rates shown are the standard rates, with nothing added
on. It also enables us to offer the smaller and often the most sought
after hotels, which are unavailable through large booking networks.
-
When are the high and low seasons and how does that affect prices?
Hotel prices can vary between high and low season. We will inform
you if the price of a hotel is different from that shown on this website,
and ask for your acceptance before confirming your booking.
-
What happens if the hotel I have chosen is unavailable?
If this happens we will contact you by e-mail to offer a suitable
alternative in the same range of price, quality and location. You
are under no obligation to accept this alternative if you do not wish,
and there will be no charge to you
